Office Receptionist

Job Summary

As a member of the Service Team, this position is vital to the functions of Senior Benefits Insurance Services’ business operations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Support day-to-day office appointment efforts including
    • Greeting and welcoming clients
    • Addressing any required forms to be completed
    • Providing complementary services prior to start of appointment
  • Provide accurate information to clients regarding their appointments and follow up with agents appropriately on changes or updates
  • Data entry into a computer database system and updating calendar notes when needed with accuracy and efficiency
  • Reply to email, or face-to-face inquiries when needed
  • Understand and abide by HIPAA rules and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Required Skills

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual helpful but not required

This will be an in-office/hourly position, and the pay will be aligned with the tasks outlined in the job description. 

  • Outside of the busy season (Oct 15 – Dec 7), it will look more like a part-time position as the daily schedule will depend on office appointments scheduled.
  • During the busy season (Oct 15 – Dec 7), we need full-time coverage Mon – Fri, 8:45am-4:45pm
